It’s ‘Smiles Better’ for Pirniehall P3s

22 x p3 aged children from Pirniehall PS became the latest graduates on our oral health education programme - Spartans Smilers – today. The class are pictured left receiving their certificates and gift bags from Sparry the Academy mascot.

EGF award for Academy
Written by Sammy on January 31, 2012 – 12:44 pm -John Swinney visited the Academy today to announce the 60+ successful organisations (out of a total of >600 who applied) who will receive funding from the £6M Enterprise Growth Fund (EGF), one of them being SCFA, who have been awarded funding to help us finance our new extension. The new extension will enable us to further develop our commercial business and create increased opportunities around our youth work provision and other activities.

Forthview PS ‘Health Week’

Around 150 children, from 6 x P1-P3 aged classes, attended coaching sessions lead by Academy Community Coaches at Forthview PS on Monday, as part of the school’s Health Week.

Hosting Elite Training Sessions
