Help us to deliver our social impact in North Edinburgh by sponsoring one of our programmes. Our youth and children’s provisions are always free to the young people who attend. This helps remove barriers to participation and the associated stigma of being unable to access leisure and social activities. This is particularly important in North Edinburgh where levels of social deprivation are amongst the highest in Scotland.

We have a variety of opportunities for individuals and businesses to sponsor the activities and programmes that we offer at the Foundation. You can help us make a difference to the lives of young people in North Edinburgh by supporting one of our programmes.

  • For £100 you can fund a whole year of breakfasts or dinners for one day a week for a young person in one of our youth clubs
  • A donation of £100 will give a place for a child on one of our holiday football camps or term time football coaching programmes. The place will go to a child who may not otherwise get this opportunity. Your donation will also provide training kit and footwear for the young person.
  • £200 will sponsor a residential trip for one young person. Every year we take young people on a holiday to the North of Scotland. For some it's the first time they've had the opportunity for explore outside of Edinburgh.
  • A donation of £350 will help support our Sunday Welcoming Club for a week. The club invites Syrian refugee children to the Foundation to play football and take part in games and activities. It provides a great way for young people to develop new social networks and get support from our youth workers.
  • A donation of £500 will fund a trip for 13-15 young people who attend our youth clubs. Taking a day trip with your friends can often form lifelong memories and give some of our young people a break from the challenges of every day life. Every year we work with our participants to plan fun days out.
  • A donation of £500 will support a week of school programmes, delivering football to around 650 pupils. Every week we deliver around 25 hours of football clubs and activities in our local cluster schools, including schools for pupils with  special educational needs.
  • A donation of £1000 will allow us to buy equipment for a year. Our alternative school and our youth clubs are busy places! Help us offer a range of games and activities.
  • £1500 will enable us to deliver a festival day where you will become the named sponsor. Every year we run community sports festivals for our local schools. We deliver multi-sport and football activities, inviting pupils to the Foundation for a morning or afternoon of fun physical activity. Your donation will enable us to deliver a festival day where you will become the naming sponsor.
  • A donation of £2000 will fund a week of "Fun Fuelled Club" at the Foundation where you will become the club's named sponsor that week. Our school holiday clubs welcome young people to the Foundation for fun activities, days out, socialising with friends. Every participant gets a hot homemade meal which can often be a great help to some families when school holidays mean that kids don't have access to free school meals.
  • A donation of £5000 will help us purchase virtual reality equipment. We are always thinking of new and innovative approaches to delivering social impact in our community. This year we're developing a Virtual Reality pilot project to find out how best the technology could help support young people.
  • A gift of £5000 will sponsor a member of staff at our Alternative School. The alternative school gives young people who struggle in mainstream education an alternative place to reach their potential through one to one mentoring and small group focussed education aiming for national qualifications.
