Q. Can my child change coaching groups?
A. Requests for changes of group can only be made before the block starts.
Q. When do the blocks run?
A. Blocks typically follow the school term dates. Detailed information can be found at here or on your booking confirmation email.
Q. How do I book in for the next block?
A. If you are an existing customer your child’s space is automatically reserved for the next block unless you opt out. You have to confirm your child’s attendance and pay for the block by the payment deadline date that is sent to you by email. If you do not confirm and make payment by that date then your child’s space is offered to customers on our waiting list. If you are not an existing customer you can book onto our blocks here. If the block you want to attend is full, you can register with us and join the waiting list. Should a space become available you will receive an email from us.
Q. Can I still pay in cash or by cheque?
