Terms and conditions
- By enrolling on a Foundation course you agree to accept our terms and conditions.
- The Foundation reserves the right to amend arrangements for any course.
- Photographs and videos may be taken and used by The Foundation for marketing, media and social media purposes. If you do not wish your child to be photographed or videoed please inform us in writing before the course begins or fill in the appropriate consents online.
- Refunds will not be given unless under exceptional circumstances determined by The Foundation.
- Please declare medical conditions on the application form or in writing to The Foundation prior to your class starting.
- Third party insurance is provided by The Foundation, however this does not include damage to personal property.
- The Foundation and its staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class. The Foundation reserves the right to remove, without refund, participants who are not following fair play guidelines i.e. bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- Payments will be returned if a course is full or if a course has to be cancelled due to low numbers.
- The Foundation or Spartans FC may occasionally wish to contact you regarding courses or offers. We will never pass your details on to any third party.
- The Foundation will not be held responsible for cancellation of any session/course due to severe weather conditions. Refunds will not be given for weather related cancellations.
- Sessions will take place outdoors at The Spartans Foundation unless stated otherwise.
